El ESXi se cabrea y nos escupe este pedazo de error. Yo padec\u00ed este error y adem\u00e1s con la mala suerte de que ten\u00edamos todo ya listo, configurado, traspasado y en producci\u00f3n y en \u00faltimo momento un cambio de disco duro en un HP Proliant ML380 G5 me dej\u00f3 el rostro p\u00e1lido. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Buscando por internet encontr\u00e9 no muchos sitios donde hablaban de este error, al principio ninguno con soluci\u00f3n, imagino que era la tensi\u00f3n de esta situaci\u00f3n. Hasta que encontr\u00e9 que dec\u00eda simplemente que no nos preocup\u00e1semos y que simplemente que reinstal\u00e1semos la instalaci\u00f3n de\u00a0ESXi.<\/p>\n<p>Pues as\u00ed hice, reinstal\u00e9 el ESXi y lo \u00fanico que tuve que hacer luego fue ir a los datastore y pincha en el VMX de la m\u00e1quina con el bot\u00f3n de la derecha y decirle <span style=\"color: #008000;\">\u00abAdd to Inventory\u00bb<span style=\"color: #000000;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Suerte!!!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a title=\"VMware ESXi: error while reading file: -3 state.tgz\" href=\"http:\/\/www.xarcom.net\" target=\"_blank\">VMware ESXi: error while reading file: -3 state.tgz<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>VMware ESXi: error while reading file: -3 state.tgz Cuando al arrancar nuestra m\u00e1quina ESXi y nos aparece este error, si nos pinchamos en un dedo, creo que no nos sacan sangre.
