Objetivo: <\/span>Podemos encontrarnos con que un d\u00eda nos comentan que, en un Outlook 2013\/16\/19 con una cuenta configurada en Exchange, no les aparecen todos los mensajes anteriores a un a\u00f1o (o X tiempo). Vamos a aprender a ampliar este periodo de tiempo para que esta persona pueda tener absolutamente todos los correos que haya en el buz\u00f3n.<\/p>

M\u00e1s concretamente, el mensaje que nos encontramos en la bandeja de entrada del buz\u00f3n es \u00abActualmente se muestran todos los mensajes con un antig\u00fcedad de 12 meses<\/span>\u00ab<\/p>

En este caso nos interesa que los pueda ver todos, como comentaba anteriormente, pero eso va a gusto y necesidad. Empec\u00e9mos.<\/p>

1. Dentro de Outlook, nos vamos a  \u00abArchivo \u2013 Configuraci\u00f3n de la Cuenta \u2013 Configuraci\u00f3n de la cuenta\u2026<\/span>\u00ab<\/p>

<\/p>

2. Una vez dentro, seleccionamos la cuenta de Exchange en la que estamos teniendo el problema.<\/p>

<\/p>

3. Nos encontraremos un apartado de \u00abConfiguraci\u00f3n sin conexi\u00f3n<\/span>\u00ab, tiene que estar marcada<\/span> la opci\u00f3n \u00abUsar el modo cach\u00e9 de Exchange para descargar el correo electr\u00f3nico en un archivo de datos de Outlook<\/span>\u00bb y, m\u00e1s abajo tenemos una linea con una raya que podemos mover a placer. Esta es la linea temporal en la que nosotros le decimos que descargue m\u00e1s o menos emails<\/p>

Como nosotros queremos que lo descargue todo, la movemos al final del todo que aparece \u00abTodo<\/span>\u00bb y hacemos clic en \u00abSiguiente<\/span>\u00bb y \u00abHecho<\/span>\u00ab.<\/p>

Despu\u00e9s de realizar los pasos anteriores, veremos que la bandeja de entrada empieza a descargar todos los correos electr\u00f3nicos desde que nosotros le hayamos dicho, en nuestro caso tiene casi 4Gb en el buz\u00f3n, as\u00ed que solo nos queda esperar para que todos est\u00e9n en el .ost.<\/p>
